Designed for couples who have already started planning their wedding but want expert support before the big day, our Partial Wedding Planning package provides professional wedding coordination and planning assistance beginning 3–6 months before your wedding date.

As your wedding planner and coordinator, I help source and confirm remaining vendors, create a detailed wedding day timeline, manage logistics, and communicate with your vendor team to ensure every detail is organized and executed seamlessly.

This package includes two to three planning meetings where we review wedding logistics, venue layout, timeline flow, décor details, and final planning elements to ensure your wedding vision comes together flawlessly.

On your wedding day, I provide full on-site wedding coordination so you, your partner, and your family can relax and fully enjoy the celebration knowing every detail is professionally managed.

  • : Partial Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want to handle parts of the planning themselves but need expert guidance on vendor curation, design concepts, and logistics along the way. Wedding Day-of Coordination (which we start 60 days out!) is for couples who have planned everything themselves but need a professional to take over the timeline, manage vendors, and execute the wedding day flawlessly.

  • We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, as popular wedding dates fill quickly!We recommend booking your day-of coordinator as early as possible to secure your date, ideally 6 to 9 months before your wedding. While our intensive coordination and timeline management officially kick off 60 days before your wedding day, booking early gives you peace of mind knowing your date is protected.

  • RJM Weddings proudly serves couples throughout all of North Jersey and Connecticut. Because we are deeply familiar with venues across both states, local travel within our standard service areas is fully included in our transparent package pricing. If you are planning a wedding just outside these regions, reach out to discuss custom travel arrangements.
